The Northop Hall War Memorial commemorates those men from the
area who died in the First World War and Second World War.
It originally took the form of a stone gateway with engraved marble tablets
at the entrance to the Village Institute. When the Institute was
eventually demolished the memorial was re-sited to its current position
opposite the church.
The names also appear on the main Northop War Memorial.
The village of Northop Hall (Welsh: Neuadd Llaneurgain or Pentre Moch) is in the community of Northop, Flintshire. The area was part of historic Flintshire and, between 1974 and 1996, part of the county of Clwyd.
