This Rossett War Memorial commemorates local people who were killed in World War I and World War II.
Rossett (Welsh: Yr Orsedd) is a village and community in the County Borough of Wrexham, and is close to the border with England. The community also includes the villages of Burton, Burton Green and Lavister.
The memorial, in the form of a standing cross set on a plinth of three stone octagonal steps, is sited in the grounds of Christ's Church off Chester Road. It was constructed after World War I, and dedicated on 12 September 1920, with extra panels being added added after World War II. It is Grade II listed.
