The Waen War Memorial commemorates those from the area who died in wartime. The memorial stands in the grounds of the Waen Calvinistic Methodist Chapel.
The small village of Waen is in the Community of Tremeirchion, Cwm & Waen to the south of St. Asaph in Denbighshire. The village was in historic Flintshire and, between 1974 and 1996, was part of the county of Clwyd.
